He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Madras. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation. He holds the position of secretary and director at both ReCode Solutions Inc. and Intellius Recode Solutions, Inc. and is responsible for product engineering and commercialization of the Company’s Digital Worker product portfolio. He has over 27 years of experience and prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Infosys Limited, Cognizant Technology Solutions U.S. Corporation and Ramco Systems Limited.
