He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has passed the final examination conducted by the Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation. He holds the position of president and director at both ReCode Solutions Inc. and Intellius Recode Solutions, Inc. and is responsible for customer executive relationship management and business development. He has over 26 years of experience and prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Infosys Limited and Madras Cements Limited.
